My wonderful time in Sorrento -Positano-Capri

I would like to recommend to everyone that visits Italy,to make sure they go to Sorrento and Positano.First Sorrents air is full of excitement, great resturants ,delicious food and plenty of stores. It has an enormous piazza that is busy all the time ,with people automobiles and horse drawn wagons. My real enjoyment was dining outside my favorite resturant El Rocobono, having a delicious meal and their great beer and french fries. Our stay in Sorrento was short[five days] we loved every minute of it.Forgot to mention beautiful woman.
Positano-is very different but as far as beauty I didnt see any place more beautiful all the town s are beautiful but this one had a magical grace.First of all it is a ocean front town surrounded by breathtaking mountains, where there are hundreds of houses on their slops. This was the home of Salvatore our boat captain who gave us a trip to Capri ,and showed us all the historical rock formations in the sea.Our trip to the Grotto was one in a lifetime experience and we all where happy that we took this trip.Captain Salvatore told us that to swim in this water was considered good luck,he took us to a swim area and we jumped in the water, it was crystal clear and deep blue.
To describe the village of Capri is impossible,it sits on top of a very high mountain the view is staggering.I guess you can see at least fifty miles. They have all kind of restaurants and vendors that sell souvenirs, the food and beer was great.
After a couple of hours , we met Capt Salvatore at the pier and boarded his boat for our return trip back to Positano. On our way back Capt Salvatore showed us all the beautiful rock formations , we arrived about five oclock said our goodbyes to Salvatore and headed for the restaurant that he suggested had very good food.I am very vague on remembering names but I can say that the food was first class, also we were very hunger from the water trip.
Our tour director[Ingrid my niece and the reason I was able to make this trip]-she told us to be up where the bus would pick us up at nine pm.Well to my surprise we had to walk up about a hundred steps to get to the street. We all made it thank God.You see, they dont allow vehicles down on the beach area.[Good idea] The bus came on time and we headed back to our villa where we were staying. It was a long and memorable day not to be forgotten.
